- First, you have to visit your nearest ABSA ATM

- Click on the Cash Center symbol that will appear on the ATM screen
- It will ask you for your phone number which is registered for Sasa Grant
- When you enter this number, an OTP will also be sent to your mobile

If you are not able to get the money through an ATM, you can also go inside the ABS branch to get the money. The same procedure has to be applied there, there will be representatives there who will transfer your money. You have to go there and provide your registered mobile number, which was given to you while applying for SASSA.
They will take your mobile number and send an OTP to your mobile number for verification. You have to give that OTP to them, and after that, they will send the money to themselves and give you the money.

- The first step is to visit the pick-up point of one of the given Sasa retailer partners.
- You have to carry your mobile number identity card along with or Postbank gold card
- You may also face long queues at these pickup points so be patient and wait your turn.
- When it is your turn, the staff at these points will ask you for the mobile number and ID card you gave them.
- After that, an OTP will also be sent to your mobile to verify whether you are the owner of the ID card and the account.
- You have to provide this OTP to the staff of the pickup points, after which they will provide you the cash.
